President~Jenny Bates-Marshky
I am Camden's mom, Jenny. Before Camden was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma-February 9, 2007-I knew of cancer, but never really knew of childhood cancer; I certainly didn't know of St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Once my world became about childhood cancer it was shocking and frustrating for me to learn that the financial support and public awareness of pediatric cancer was lacking. I decided once my son, Camden, passed away September 29, 2008 at age 3 that I had to redirect my focus; do my best to try and keep his story alive by bringing awareness through raising money to support childhood cancer research. My own personal experience with pediatric cancer as well as my everyday role as a mother to my son, Jaden offers valuable insight into exactly what a pediatric cancer family needs, feels and experiences. Along with dedicating any spare time to my now 10year old, Jaden; I also work full-time for an Abstract company and part-time at Willard Airport.
Vice-President~Joy Stoerger
By profession Joy is a Dental Assistant. Joy is also a mother of 2 young boys (Drew and Cole)and a daughter (Savanna). She is the CFO of her home and is very dedicated to her family and the foundation. Joy brings lots of knowledge to the board. Joy is the one who is by Jenny's side most days and collaborates on most foundation business. She joined the foundation because of her friend who lost her son and wanted to make a difference in this world to honor him. Together we are making a difference in others lives everyday. What an amazing group of women who have come together to fight childhood cancer. Joy is honored to be able to honor Camden and keep his story alive while helping others!!

Children with cancer are like candles in the wind who accept the possibility that they are in danger of being extinguished by a gust of wind from nowhere, and yet, as they flicker and dance to remain alive, their brilliance challenges the darkness and dazzles those of us who watch their light.
